Little Ones by Anny..... Creations for the Wee Ones.

I began sewing designing doll clothes for my little sisters. When my kids were tiny, out of necessity I expanded my sewing skills. I sewed and created treasures for my children and now I am creating them for my grandbabies.

For many years I sewed and crafted to pay the bills with my line of designer doll clothes "Little Ones by Anny". Anny my designer name has stuck and it is my blog and pen name.

When my youngest daughter Becca was born, I used sewing for her as an outlet to relieve the stress and create normalcy in midst of crisis. We had fallen into poverty to cover her catastrophic medical costs. My sewing became a necessity. Repurposing and taking cast off factory throw-aways into
up-to-date outfits for my six children.

In 1997 when we adopted our sibling set from foster care I had to give up my sewing. With 6 children with special needs it became impossible to sew. With the demands of 11 children 4 to 18, there was no time.

Today with the children grown, I found my creativity again.

With this blog, I will share my creations to inspire. I will return to my roots of teaching with tutorials. I look forward to trying the many great ideas I find on the web or sharing my designs with others.

So I begin.
